#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – SpringWatch 2019 Beautiful Box-Bag for 2 Yankee Candle Votives
I love Yankee Candles. I don’t think this is new information to anyone…. But it’s probably less well known that I have 2 drawers in a large sideboard in my lounge that are full of them. One drawer is dedicated to Christmas fragrances (I hunt down bargains throughout the year and stockpile. I’m sure you’ll all agree that a £24 Christmas Garland candle down to £6 in the middle of August is a wise purchase!). Anyway, in the other drawer are candles of varying sizes and fragrances. From Spring to Autumn, food to floral. And of many different sizes. I tend to go through phases and will put a jar candle half used into the drawer to bring out a different scent and swap and change quite happily.
But the votives and tea lights are where I have most fun. I sort of fragrance mix. I’m not sure if there’s any kind of terminology for it, but I’ll mix a Pink Sands with a Fresh Cut Roses or perhaps a Lemon Lime with a Vanilla for a sweetener. Sort of bespoke home fragrancing. And as a result, I have many on hand to create projects for you all too.
And there is a reason why this bag ended up like this. You’ll have to watch the video to hear how I ended up with baked goods fragrances inside my original…
So, is there anyone else out there who is as candle obsessed as me???
