#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Gingham Gala Fable Friends Egg Holder
Happy Wednesday everyone!
Today’s project is a remake of one I designed quite a few years ago for Easter, and it just seemed perfect to bring it back again this year, but with the very charming Gingham Gala paper that’s captured the hearts of all of us.
It’s so very springlike and lovely and just worked so very well with the little Easter Baskets that I shared in SpringWatch and it just made sense to bring it out to play again for another Easter project.
I love the look of this, I kinda like to think it’s a bit of an egg cup look, although of course, egg cups are round for the eggs….
And how cute is the bunny from Fable Friends? He’s so cute, and while I know he’s not Peter Rabbit, I’m a child who grew up on Beatrix Potter and in turn, all my boys have been introduced to the charm of animals who talk! And in fact, the day after I designed my sample, Jacob wandered into my office to see if I needed any help, so I gave him a job of cutting some cardstock, and what did he put onto his Ipad to watch? The Peter Rabbit movie of course….!
Have a lovely day, break out your Blends and munch on some chocolate if you have it!
