#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Pootlers Team Training Gift Tins
Happy Monday everyone!
This past weekend, I and thousands of demonstrators all over the world have been attending our Bi Annual corporate OnStage event. They all coincide in varying countries and I was at the UK event with around 90 of my team, with a further 7 over in Germany and 30+ in France!
Whenever we are together at a corporate event, I make use of my team having already travelled and we do a one-day training event together.
This time I had over 50 of my team and this was one of my gifts to them.
I trained on a couple of aspects and one of them was on setting personal goals and rewards. I bought them all little notebooks (which annoyingly didn’t fit in our tins – Top Tip – don’t buy 60+ notebooks on a spur of the moment without measuring first), but they were needed for the task at hand of setting personal goals and assigning rewards to each.
However, I did get some goodies into the tins – a little pen to write the goal and rewards down with, some embellishments to add to the pages of the notebook when the goal is achieved and the reward taken. I also added in some of my vouchers that I reward the team with. The team can earn many of them each month, and they collect them up and then redeem them whenever they like. And as we saw the new Annual Catalogue over the weekend, a little boost of spending money is always a well received gift!
I also popped a little handmade treat in too, but you’ll see that later in the week!
And of course, no crafter could simply give just the tin, nope, I fully decorated them with All My Love DSP (2 x 12″ strips – 5 x 30.5cm) and then stamped and punched 2 Daisy Delight flowers for each in either Lovely Lipstick or Flirty Flamingo and wrapped them with matching ribbons.
So pretty and hopefully, very useful!
Now, who else is joining my team to get spoiled at our next event… it’s a full weekender in September!
Oh and a couple of shots of my busy busy desk while I was filling and completing them all!

Very pretty Sam, i think that paper is lovely and tones beautifully with the tins – bet it was fun getting them all in the car!
Love these! Love anything to do with boxes or kits, and together is the best.
Sam, sometimes part of what you do falls off the bottom of the screen. I’m greedy – want to see everything! Thanks again.
