When I first saw this stamp set at OnStage as a giftaway Prize Patrol prize, I was desperate for it. Sadly I didn’t win that one (I did win another!) but it wasn’t in the Demonstrator Pre Order either! Nooooo! I had to wait until the catalogue launched, same as everyone. Boy did I huff and puff and stomp! OK, I didn’t, I’m actually quite patient really! But it was pretty much the first stamp set to jump into my basket when I was able to do my full order and I love it!
I wanted to do a soft and gentle card, so I brought in the very lovely Balmy Blue checkered paper from the DSP stacks as a background, and then easy stamping and wink of Stella glitter blending. I did consider doing a ‘neutral’ baby card with perhaps Mint Macaron or So Saffron, but in the end, Blushing Bride won out. And I love it!
I love sharing how easy it is to make a really pretty card and no, you don’t need loads of stuff, just stamps, ink and paper….!
