Stampin’ Up! #1 Demonstrator Pootles – Customer Thank You Cards with A Little Lace

When I was using the A Little Lace stamp set a few weeks ago, it inspired me to use the set for my Customer Thank You cards for June.

I love the pairing of neutrals and colours, and as I’m totally in love with Purple Posy and Seaside Spray right now, I knew those were going to be the base colours for the cards.

Half the set are one colourway, then the other half is the other colourway. One pair is Purple Posy cardstock and Gorgeous Grape on the stamping, the other is Seaside Spray with Blueberry Bushel.

I watched a couple of films one afternoon when I did all the stamping and then all the colour bleeding with my Wink of Stella.

Another evening was spent gluing everything together.

I did ponder an embellishment for the front, but it was quite the hefty goodie bag of treats this month and I didn’t want to add to ‘bulk’ or risk the embellishment coming off, but I reckon a Faceted Gem or two would look fab!
