Stampin’ Up! #1 Demonstrator Pootles – Mosaic Mood Chocolate Bar Box Tutorial
There’s a funny story about the chocolate bar in today’s video…
I have my food delivered to me, and whenever I’m doing my online order, I try to include something that I can use in a video – sometimes chocolates, sometimes mints. They don’t always make it as far as the video, sometimes getting waylaid by small children on the way, but on this occasion, all 4 of these chocolate bars did make it to my office (they’re a 4 pack from tesco and are 42g each!). Anyway, I only needed 2, so Jacob and Oliver who’d been helping me, they got one each and I put the spare to one side. However, I’d left it balance half on and half off my pile of products I needed for the video, and then the heat came. You can guess what happened next, but then the cold came and I ended up with an L shaped bar of chocolate. No good for the video, but yummy in my tummy!
So that’s why there isn’t a 2nd chocolate bar, but I can say with certainty that this one also melted and reformed (it was rather flat!) and it also tasted nice post filming….!
But as for the box itself, it’s a darling shallow one at 0.5 x 2.25 x 5″ (1.25 x 5.75 x 12.75cm) so just right to pretty up a bar of something chocolatey and yummy.
For my overseas friends, I believe that you call these Dove bars?
Anyway, I love the look, the mosaic paper has grown on me to the point where I adore using it now, and fussy cutting? Easy (well, easy on this design, still not my skill set yet…!)
