Chin chin, sip sip! I love to make fun and fruity drinks – we are a family who make (alcohol free) punch quite frequently – taking any squash in the cupboard, dumping on some fruit juice, topping up with lemonade, and we are good to go. And it doesn’t need to be a special occasion either!

I do think this comes from my student days when I worked in the college bar and the country pub in the village. Not that there was a massive call for cocktails, but it’s nice to experiment!

So today’s card also calls on that fun creativity in liquid form!

I’m reckoning this is Pink Gin and a Mojito!

But of course, you can make any cocktail you like, and in any colour!
