I’m a very lucky girl, because the day before my Team Retreat last month, one of the leaders in my team, Helzie Slimm of Slimm and Stylish invited me to join her and her team for a crafting get together. Not all of Helen’s team were able to come to our team day, and as she lives locally to where we happened to be having this years retreat, she put on an event for them the day before and it was a real privilege to join her and get to meet her team. What a lovely group of ladies they are and what a sweet thing of Helen to do for her team and to invite me too! It was so nice to go!

She had laid on food and drinks and a whole host of crafting fun and I decided I wanted to have a play with the Christmas Crowd stamp set which I have, but hadn’t yet used.

I think the card possibly took me most of the time I was there, but quite possibly because I was chattering and laughing so much! But I did come away having completed one project and isn’t it cute!

I used Watercolour Pencils to colour in all the characters and I think they’d have a jolly time singing Christmas Carols for anyone!
