#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Quick Update and the Beta Store…
Happy Monday everyone!
I hope you are all having a great day so far and if you’re like me, you’re enjoying the slow increase in quiet in the house… Chris has just left to go back to work after Christmas and half my sons were at school today. It’s remarkably quiet around here, so I’ve grabbed my laptop and I’m sat in my kitchen with a large mug of coffee!
OK, so a couple of things to share. The Painted Poppies stamp set flew out the door on Friday and the item number was temporarily shut off. That meant that you couldn’t even add it to your order, knowing it would come at a later date, and so quite a lot of you let me know you were going to wait until you Could order it, so that you could get bundles, qualify for sale a bration free items, and in a couple of cases, add it to your starter kit.
I am happy to let you know that the stamp set is due back in this week, so they have lifted the Not Orderable status and you can now buy the stamp set, the bundle, even the entire suite. It will come at a slight delay, but at least you can now go ahead and order.
I also want to point out at this point, the Honey Bee stamp and Bonanza Buddies (and their respective bundles) are currently on Back Order, and their coding may get temporarily shut off too. So again, grab while you can!
OK, onto the Beta store. This came as a surprise to all of us, so forgive me for being a few days behind in the update.
EDITING TO ADD – The Beta Test Site is exclusive to the UK Market only, and to customers based in the UK
The beta test site is not a surprise, you guys have been shopping and investigating it for a while now, and as it happens, I made Stampin’ Up! history as the very first person outside the IT team, to place an order on it!
What has come as a surprise is that for January, February and March, you can shop on that test site and get a 20% discount on your order.
BUT…. the site, as it’s a tester, is not set up to include Sale a Bration items, so if you’re wanting to earn free stamps, dies, paper or punches, then you forgo those to get the 20% discount. On the other hand, if you’ve shopped and got all the Sale a Bration items you want, then go for it.
I will add at this point, that if you are shopping on the Beta Site, even if you’ve gone via my own shop link (it’s on the front page, you can’t miss it!), please please please double check that you have my name as the demonstrator. In the very early days there were a couple of glitches that sent some of you elsewhere (it sent me to a totally different demonstrator once too!) and though I’m sure that has now been sorted, I would urge you to double check anyway. You’d miss out on all my treats and goodies that I send to my lovely customers!
So I think that’s all the news today. Oh no, not quite….. As of this evening, I am able to share that I now have less than 10,000 to achieve my 1million Sales Milestone, and for those final sales, I will be posting on my Facebook Page every time I cross off a 1,000 mark. Wish me luck everyone, it’s you all that have been getting me to this milestone and you all that is going to help me cross it!
