#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Smile Daisy Lane, You’re Gorgeous!
I love the texture on this card. I don’t just mean the elevated daisies, but the tone on tone stamping on them too.
I pulled out 3 pinks – Melon Mambo, Blushing Bride and Flirty Flamingo and used my Daisy Lane stamp set to stamp ink onto cardstock of the same colour.
That kind of stamping makes me very happy and I love how it totally changes the look of a stamped image.
I used my bone folder to gently curl the edges of each flower and have them lift off the page a little, and I added to that by putting a layer of dimensionals behind each one.
I hovered them in place before stamping the leaves directly onto the white background, but once done, I had a place to put each daisy.
Finished with those lovely faceted gems and attached to a Flirty Flamingo card base, I love how this turned out!
I hope you enjoyed this project, I absolutely adore what I do and spend many hours working on designs, new projects, new ideas and more.
