Happy Saturday everyone!

It’s an unexpected blog post today, but then today has been a little unexpected!

As you perhaps know, the UK online store switched over to a brand new one on Wednesday 1st April, however it would seem that those of you who have an existing account under the old site, there are a few problems where the site isn’t recognising your log in details and you’re not getting a password reset.

So while we allow the IT team some time to fix this glitch, I’m taking orders via email instead and offering you Free Shipping as a little compensation for this.

I can still place manual orders via my back office for you, so you’ll still get your goodies, and I will honour all hostess codes. But it’s a nice chance for me to give you some free shipping too!
