#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Painted Poppies washed with Wink of Stella and Cherry Cobbler
Well I wanted to bring you a gorgeous card today and I think I did that.
As you all know, I’m a simple stamper and that I have no problem with the ‘white space’ on a card. My philosophy is that everyone can craft and that I want to show you how to make beautiful projects with minimal supplies.
So my card uses one stamp set, one ink, one ‘accessory’ (wink of stella) and 2 cardstocks. Not a huge amount, and once you’ve got the stamp and ink, you’re pretty much good to go!
This is one of those sets that you can add to and layer as much as you like, but I chose to stamp the smaller flowers in a row and then the single poppy on its own in the middle.
I love the simplicity and when you bleed the colours with Wink of Stella, it goes from stamped to stunning in no time!
So, if you’re a newer crafter, it really doesn’t take a lot to make a gorgeous card.
