I really do enjoy crafting with my children, and even though they’re getting older now and more inclined to want to hang out with one another and do ‘boy stuff’ rather than hang out with their crafting Mum, I can occasionally get one or other to come and craft with me in my office.

This time around it was Oliver, and we had a play with the new Blossoms in Bloom stamp set.

It’s a great big photopolymer stamp set, and other than laying down the largest stamp with the rich dark Merry Merlot, he did the rest. That’s what is so great about Photopolymer stamps – you can see through them!

I did guide him a little on the colours, and showed him how to get the centres of the flowers placed properly by looking directly down on the clear block, but the rest was all him!

I think he did a great job, and we had some fun together creating.
