Forever Greenery Customer Thank You Cards

#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Forever Greenery Customer Thank You Cards

It is a real privilege to send so many thank you cards out each month to the wonderful people who shop with me, and it’s so lovely to pack up a little parcel for them full of treats, cards, newsletter etc.

I’m often asked how long it takes me to make them all, and there’s no definitive answer as it can vary from month to month, but I always work in stage with them.

I cut all the base cardstock first, and DSP if I’m using it. Yes, I use the Stampin’ Up! Trimmer, and nope, no need to change blades! I haven’t changed mine in months!

Once I have all those elements cut, I will usually do all the stamping part next, and if I use more than one colour, I’ll work all of the elements in the first colour on all of my pieces, then come back and do the 2nd colours. Too risky to end up sticking a black inky stamp into a pale coloured ink pad….!

Once all those parts are complete, I work on the assembly of them all, and though I’ve got 3 layers to each of these cards, I first put the DSP onto the green card for all of them, then came back in again and adhered the stamped white panel, and then finished off by putting that all onto the card base.

It is something rhythmic that I enjoy doing and I’ll often have a movie on in the background for company.

So it was really nice to cut into a few packs of the Forever Greenery DSP to create all the layers and I used some of my new Just Jade cardstock for the mats, along with Shaded Spruce and Pretty Peacock for the others.

All the stamping is the same, a shaded spruce sprig (!) and black words.

They came together so prettily and I’m only showing 4 of the designs here. There were loads of different ones with all the paper patterns and then 3 different cardstocks!

So as I said at the start, a real privilege for me to put these together and into goodie packs for all the folk who shop with me.

Thank you.
