#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Comfort and Hope Textured Layered Card
Stampin’ Up! is very generous to demonstrators all year round, and in among the generous rewards we get, we have little spot prizes for doing certain activities. This stamp set, Comfort and Hope, was a reward that I received and I wanted to showcase it her with the wonderful In Good Taste DSP and matching Textile Embossing Folder.
It felt right with the Gray Granite and Smoky Slate stamping and layering of those texture stamps. And that embossing folder is fantastic! I’m not one for doing much embossing. I forget to remember it! But I hadn’t yet put away all my new supplies (I tend to leave them out for a while to try and use them all!), and I love how it looks.
And I’m delighted that we have PootleLoops as a stamp! That’s not an official term, but a fellow demonstrator out in Australia, Linda Shrimpton, commented once, about 6 years ago, that because I created this type of loop with twine so often, she renamed them PootleLoops and it’s kind of stuck ever since.
So yes, I had to stamp them and tuck them behind my sentiment!
Have a great day everyone and go stamp some pootleloops too!

Hello Sam
I just love embossing folders and this is a perfect way to show them off. You are so talented.
I am glad the PootleLoop is on a stamp now. My attempts at making them just never seem to turn out
Thanks for sharing this beautiful card.
Today is the first time I have visited your website. I have the In Good Taste suite arriving on Tuesday. I wonder what Pootleloops would like embossed in gold? Maybe to supplement the gold thread in the greenery suite……
Thanks for the ideas
Angela
Hi Sam, I absolutely LOVE this card. My favourite colour ways too. Well done
Absolutely STUNNING! Love the PootleLoop! I have difficulties getting my ‘loops’ to behave so this stamp is PERFECT for it! I can see it embossed in gold too!
Thanks for another great card!
