#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – Beautiful Peony Gardens Paper Box Tutorial
I was very fortunate to get to see this suite in February when I was in Salt Lake City, and I couldn’t wait to be able to buy my own suite!
I adore it, and there is so much in it that there is something for everyone. I’ve not yet created the ‘3D’ flowers yet, for this project I wanted to show a Stampin’ Write Marker technique to colour a stamp with multiple colours before die cutting it, and I think it works well!
Of course, me being me, there are ribbon tying issues, and these are some of my most spectacular to date! But I do laugh at myself and I invite you to do so too!
I love how the box came out, it’s utterly charming with the muted greys backing the brighter magenta madness. Just lovely
And these photos were a challenge to take, Berry wanted in on the act, and beautiful as she is, not sure I want her in all my pictures!

Stunning box, love it. So enjoy your tutorials
PS. Sam I think Berry is just beautiful.
Love the peony suite. I grow my own peonies. Enjoy your videos. I am wondering what to use to color the clear enamel dots included in the suite either green, magenta, or gray that won’t rub off, will stamp and write marker work or blender pen or something else needed?
I love the gray and pink combination . . . it looks so elegant!!
This is a really beautiful Suite. Hope you will make a 3D peony some time.
.Your technique using the Stampin Write Markers really shows how beautiful the stamp is. I never knew you could do this and I learn something new every day.
This is a great shot of Berry. She looks like a pro!
Great box but Berry looks so much more beautiful in this photo than on video. You can’t appreciate the lovely red in her coat on video!
It I think you DO want her in all your pictures. Personally I cannot get enough of that beauty.
Oh! And I like the box, too. Especially the DSP.
Thank you!
Love the pop of colour and contrast when you open the box. Great Peony project
