#1 Stampin’ Up! UK Demonstrator Pootles – Stylish Striped Christmas Card using Christmas Means More
Hand’s up who is a fan of Elf the movie?
For quite a few years, it sailed under our radar, but it was as our older 2 boys, Jack and Luke, were getting to ‘that’ age, where they would enjoy silly humour like this, well that’s when it became a regular film at Christmas, and so the other 2 boys, Jacob and Oliver, have pretty much only ever known Christmas includes Elf!
And so seeing this phrase in the Christmas Means More stamp set (with other notable quotes), I decided to make a more ‘boy’ type Christmas card with the fun stripes from the Heartwarming Hugs paper pack.
All my holly leaves and berries were stamped in black stazon and then I dabbed a little of the Mossy Meadow and Real Red ink mixed with Wink of Stella to colour them in and I just love it! Add in some red rhinestones and a mossy meadow bow, and that’s one card made in quick time!
Rather stylish and I reckon this would be a card any of my boys would proudly display!
I hope you enjoyed this project, I absolutely adore what I do and spend many hours working on designs, new projects, new ideas and more.
I love to spoil all the people who shop with me, so every month I post out a handmade card, an exclusive newsletter and a product gift too.
