#1 Stampin’ Up! UK Demonstrator Pootles – Fun Purple Christmas Card using Warm & Toasty
Oh I just adore this ice skating Polar Bear!
We have a particular love of Polar Bears in our house, and it goes back 40+ years to when I was a very little girl, and my parents bought me a huge bear for Christmas one year.
He has been protecting small children since 1976 and continues to do so to this day – he is a very good guard bear when bad dreams occur…
And it’s the love of Polar Bears that has meant that between my 4 sons, and including Polo (for that is his name) we must have around 20 in the house!
So anything Polar Bear and I’m a happy girl, so I adore this set!
I did a little Highland Heather blends work on the scarf, and added a little light Balmy Blue to create shade and depth.
I don’t feel it needed much more than that, but the trio of self adhesive sequins added a fun touch!
Have a great day everyone, and if you have childhood stuffed toys still, I’d love to hear of them.

I love this card. My daughter had a polar bear called polo when she was little and he went everywhere with us. I also thought I was so clever naming him Polo because no one else would think of that. How cool is It that there is someone else out there who thinks like me.
Very cute card and I love that you still have Polo! I’m not sure I still have any of my childhood toys, but I did for many years. Thanks for sharing your love!
Lovely card!
The onyl stuffed toy I still have is a Steiff Teddy, but he lost the button in the ear and is probably older than I am.
Greetings,

Very cute card! I love the family history about polar bears. Memories we have of our own childhoods make sharing them with our children so special. Happy Holidays ! Hope we can all find the joy!
