I love to make cards with ‘stuff on them that moves’, but though I don’t make them hugely often, the Dragonfly Punch just called out for this.

I decided to go neutral with Sahara Sand ink for my wildflowers and then stamped off (in places!) with the tiny dragonflies in Cherry Cobbler.

That formed the background so that my big dragonfly could be the star of the show.

I stamped it 3 times in Cherry Cobbler and cut the bottom part of the bodies off 2 of them. I used Wink of Stella to colour up all their wings.

Finally, to assemble, fold all 3 in half, and take one of the wings-only dragonflies and glue it underneath one set of wings on the full dragonfly. Repeat with the other wings-only dragonfly on the other set of wings of the full one, and you then have a 3D flying dragonfly!

Easy, and you can recreate this with any symmetrical image that you can cut or punch. Butterflies are marvellous for this technique!
