#1 Stampin’ Up! UK Demonstrator Pootles – Hydrangea Hill Mercury Acetate Card Idea
Ooooo what do you think of today’s card?
I so wanted to play with the new Mercury Acetate from the Hydrangea Hill suite, but rather than cutting or layering it, I grabbed one of my heart punches, crossed my fingers, and was utterly delighted that it punched out really easily!
You can see from my other photo that I’ve tilted it to catch the light, it’s just gorgeous!
And I used the purple for one, and then on the reverse, it is silver, so that’s how I got that shade too.
Any guesses on the paper in the background for this card?
It’s one of the sheets from the Sand and Sea designer series paper pack. I love it! You’d never know it was from a beach/shell themed pack!
The stamping comes from the Punch Party free stamp set which ends tomorrow, so it’s kinda now or never to get hold of that, but so worth it!
I love this card, it’s fun and a great card to send to your significant other – they would love it too.
