#1 Stampin’ Up! UK Demonstrator Pootles – Sweets & Treats Christmas Pudding Card Idea
I don’t know about you, but Christmas Pudding is not top of my to-eat-on-Christmas-Day list. I find it too rich, but every member of my family loves it, so I get 2 or 3 each year for them to enjoy while I enjoy some trifle or caramel bomb instead!
But when I saw the stamp set in the catalogue, I couldn’t leave it there and had to buy it!
And though I don’t personally eat Christmas Pudding, it definitely is dark, rich, full of spices and tasty sweetened fruits too.
So I coloured mine according to what I know it to look like, and reckoned that it could actually be thick double cream dolloped on top!
Watercolour pencils are what I used to get a little more texture on the card and I love how it looks!
Now, who here eats Christmas Pudding, and who, like me, dodges that one and goes for something else after their main meal?

Great card – Christmas pud. For me
Sam,
Thank You for sharing this stamp set. I had purchased because of the dome shaped stamp as a guide to make a shaker card but was looking at all the other stamps and wondering…..Hhnnn what will I do with all these stamps! I would certain have picked you as my demonstrator as I watch all of your videos and love them and your ideas however I do not live in the UK…..
Thank You for all you do!
Hi Sam, Yes living in Australia our family don’t usually go for the hot Christmas pud. Looking at the stamp set you could turn the dome shape upside down and do a trifle in it with the other stamps as custard and sponge etc… Love your videos
Oh great idea! Flipping the dome shape to make trifles with other supplies! Thinking outside the box!
