I love being part of Stampin’ Up! and having a team, and my team members range from those wanting to build a business to those who want a discount on their crafting, and everything in between.

I work really closely with my team and right now, I’m running a 30 day programme for the month of November, and the first question I asked them was why they had joined and why they were a demo still (some have been demos for many years, right up to just 2 months after I joined!)

Their answers varied from loving the coordination of colours and stamps/dies/punches. Most said they loved the friendships and camaraderie. Others said that they were growing their social lives as they started classes and parties and workshops. Others said to help pay for family things, some said to supplement the family income. Growing in confidence, meet other people, craft with a discount.

There are so many reasons why demos join and I am delighted to have over 400 demos on my team, and it is such a privilege to work with them. Whether they’re building a business or simply loving crafting, every single one of them is important and valid and I can’t wait to welcome more of you to join them.
