Time To Make – 10 Minutes
This is such a fun and cheerful little card!
I love all things ladybird (ladybug for our North American friends) and they are just delightful.
As I was filming this tutorial, having already made my red version, I chattered about how there seemed to be only red ones in the UK, but that I was under the impression there were many other colours around the world.
I then said I’d find it hard to see a green one. Well, when googling images for this blog post, it was quite the surprise to find green ones as shown in the photo below!
That aside, you can go with any colours you want for your cards it would seem. And I love that crafting allows us the creativity for that!
And yes, while my card is in Metric, as per my country and the world, if you’re someone who works in Imperial, or you’re in North America and work in your own sized cardstock, do just follow the ‘rules’ of making sure that the border around your little squares is the same size border as on the base card
Otherwise, go for it and have fun!
