Shipping Delays – UK

October 19, 2022 By Pootles

Hi All

so, if you aren’t experiencing a shipping delay of your parcel of wonderful goodies from Stampin’ Up! then this post isn’t for you, but if you are, please read on.

There seems to have been a hold up at the Stanford Le Hope depot where our parcels first arrive.

Stampin’ Up! always sends out products in a very timely manner, but then they’re in the hands of UPS who are our shipping partners for the UK.

Orders leave Germany and then arrive in the UK where they’re processed and then sent to local depots for deliveries.

As much as I know, there is a combination of ‘issues’ in Stanford Le Hope, including protestors. Yes, they made the headlines.

But that doesn’t help us really.

Rest assured, Stampin’ Up! are doing their very best to get a resolution, and I’d like to quote from them for you

“there are UK UPS shipment delays for reasons beyond our control. And, try as we might, we’ve been unable to lock down explanations or updated delivery times. However, we are doing everything in our power to push for resolution and delivery. In fact, the matter is being discussed at both the European and North American UPS headquarters, and the conversation has been escalated multiple levels.”

If you have placed an order with me that is currently delayed, can you please pop me an email with your name and order number and I will forward it to our European office so that they can continue to collate information and evidence. sam@pootles.co.uk

If you have shopped with a different demonstrator, please can you contact them.

I am so very sorry that you’ve been affected, I will do all I can to make it right for you.

S x
