Pootles Advent Countdown 2022 #17 The Winter Village Class Showcase – #1 Stampin’ Up! UK Demonstrator Pootles

You have no idea just how excited I am to be bringing this little sneak peek to you.

For a bit over a month now, I’ve been working hard on this project class.

It was my eldest son, Jack, who came up with the idea of creating a Winter Village, and once the idea was in my head, I ran with it!

Oliver and Jacob were hugely helpful in all my prototypes. They were testing how different cardstock looked when it was embossed. They coloured embossed cardstock. Rejected some looks, accepted others. We had at least 4 different colour variations as well! There were tiny little village houses all over my desk in various states of decoration!

But I am delighted with the finished result.

There are 7 differently sized little buildings, and all are free standing. So you could make any scene that you want.  A clocktower and house, maybe a farmhouse and a barn. The village post office?

It’s entirely up to you!
