Handbag Card Idea Using Paper Scraps – #1 Stampin’ Up! UK Demonstrator Pootles

Happy Monday everyone!

I have a sweet little card to share with you all today.

It’s one I shared and taught at our recent Team Retreat and thought I’d share it with you all too.

I love making cards like these. They’re a great way to use up scraps, but a nice card to have on hand for those ‘just because’ moments. Or those times when you can add a simple sentiment to them.

Perhaps a birthday sentiment? Actually yes, it’s my birthday today, and I thought a simple and pretty handbag card would be nice.

I’m going out today with my parents (Chris is sleeping off night shifts, Jack is working, the other boys are at school), so Mum and Dad are joining me for the day and we are shopping! So perhaps a new handbag in my life?

But whatever the season or reason, a nice little handbag card works well!

The handbags are made with cardstock that measures 5.5 x 3cm (2.25 x 1.25”) and the paper layers are 5 x 2.5cm (1 x 2”)
