How To Make a Box For Cash Stuffing Saving Mini Envelopes Tutorial – #1 Stampin’ Up! UK Demonstrator Pootles
Did you see my video on Monday showing how to make little 3×3″ envelopes for cash stuffing? If you did, then you’ll know that today’s video is showing you how to make a box that will comfortably hold 16+ envelopes (I have 16 in the boxes here, and I think 20 would be about enough with cash inside them).
I do have another version of the box coming on Friday, but I felt this was a good one to have, with maybe a dozen envelopes in it, if you were perhaps doing a monthly savings challenge, or maybe you were giving a gift of a month’s worth of handmade vouchers (laundry for a year, babysitting for a year etc!).
It’s a nice box for gifting too. Not necessarily just for the cash stuffing envelopes. You know me, I like to show versatility in my projects!
And while this one is designed so that the envelopes are taller than the box base and therefore the lid sits on those, you could have a little box that sat flush to the base.
Either way, I hope you like my little discreet cash stuffing boxes.

- Box Base and Lid are the same size
- Cardstock – 8-1/4 x 8-1/4″ (20.5 x 20.5cm)
- Score at 2.5″ (6cm) on all sides. Note the instruction in the video for the lid!
- Paper – 1 of 3×3″ (8 x 8cm) AND 4 of 2-1/4 x 3″ (5.5 x 8cm)
- Finished Size if nothing inside – 3 x 3 x 2-1/2″ (8.5 x 8.5 x 6cm)
I hope you enjoyed this project, I absolutely adore what I do and spend many hours working on designs, new projects, new ideas and more.
