How To Make an Adorable Tiny Bunny Bag – #1 Stampin’ Up! UK Demonstrator Pootles

Squeeee, how cute are these?

Today I have a project for you that is showing the new Fluffiest Friends stamps and dies that are available as an online exclusive starting tomorrow. We have a fair few new products coming and it felt like a perfect time to share a new pair of products. Also because I managed to create a sample using products not available until January and that felt a little bit mean to share sooooo early!

Also in the video I have taken the opportunity to share that I achieved the number 1 spot Overall in the UK and also for Sales and Team Building as well as 2 for Leadership.

It also felt a good time to say ‘Thank You’ to everyone, including all of you reading here, for supporting me on my journey.

In the video I mention that we have had such a hard year. My 2 younger sons have been badly and severely bullied at school, including physically, and we have had more than a few conversations with our local police force as well as a visit to hospital following a poisoning and many many threats including some to me, and some attacks on my youtube channel. Honestly, kids and bullying these days is on another level.

that meant that my whole focus had to be on my boys, I had days where I spent hours on the phone, writing emails, at the school, and I really was running to the wire to share projects with you all. But I don’t think anyone would have had a clue of what was going on, and while we aren’t completely over this yet, there was another threat just a week or two ago, mostly it’s now behind us.

So thank goodness for that, but also thank goodness working for myself and for Stampin’ Up! has meant that I work to my own time schedule. Even if that is at 2 in the morning to share a video at 7 in the morning.

I absolutely love what I do, and I wouldn’t change it for the world. It has meant that I can be there 100% for my sons, but also be me and have my business too.

Love love love you all,

Thank you for being there, even when you didn’t know that your comments were making my day, making me smile, reminding me of the good in the world.

    Dear Sam,

So sorry to hear what has been happening to your family behind the scenes of your Pootles Page that people like me love and in tough times has kept me sane.
I have worked in schools as a librarian for over 40 years and know children can be horrible to one another.
Cyber bullying has taken it to a new level. Our students here in Australia are taught about it. It doesn’t make it any easier when it happens to you though does it?
I am absolutely sure there would not be one stamper who would think any less of you for looking after your family. My impression is that one of the reasons you started your business was to be able to be there for your family. I hope you can get this sorted with the police in Australia it is considered a crime.
If you need to talk to happy to do so. Look after yourself. Xx

    Oh Sam,
I am so sorry to hear of what your family and in particular your boys, have been going through. I taught for 41 years and retired 11 years ago and I’ve said many times in recent years that I’m fortunate to have taught when I did because there were not these terrible social and cyber attacks on my own children nor those I taught. There were other issues and attacks but not to the extent that parents and students had to contend with like they do today. I’m saying to you, circle the wagons and do whatever you have to do to protect yourselves. Our world is so broken but all things break and all can be mended with time, intention and loving care. Everyday, know of your value and the good that you strive to let people know they have and are.

I am sending you BIG hugs for all of your family. It is indeed such a sad, broken world we are in today and we don’t seem to be getting through to people, to just step back and think about everything in a more positive way. People who have had bad things done seem to be repeating them as they go through life instead of changing. They only have the “ME” attitude. Your family will come through as an even stronger, happier, healthier unit. I really appreciate your hard work in doing the things you do to give us ideas on being crafty.

So very sorry that you and your family are going thru this. Life is hard enough but another level when they mess with your kids. Hope those days are behind you! Hugs to you and your family. All the best!

I’m deeply sorry to hear about the bullying and hurtful things that have been done to your boys. It’s such a sad world any more and not sure how long things like this will keep happening. I do hope you can get things resolved for your boys and family. I agree with the comments others have posted, you are fabulous for sharing all you do and it’s a shame that this has happened, but yet you have been able to continue with your business and done remarkably well with it. I love seeing your projects and have made many of them, I live in the US, so I am not able to shop with you, but thoroughly enjoy all you do! Best of luck in getting all this hate taken care of and you and your family can enjoy life again. Prayers for you all.

Oh Sam. I’m so sorry to hear about the bullying of your sons and hope it all gets resolved soon. My grandson experienced bullying at school also and although I don’t know all the details, it was shared that it was “friends “ doing the bullying. (Now former friends). Max missed so much school because of depression and anxiety issues and is just getting back to actually attending school.
I really don’t understand why kids are so mean. Max was 16 when this happened.
Anyway I live in the US so I can’t order from you but I
Love your projects and have fun making them.
Blessings to you and your family.
