How To Make a Handmade Double Faceted Gift Box Easily! – #1 Stampin’ Up! UK Demonstrator Pootles
Happy Friday Everyone!
Today I have a remake of a very old project of mine. It has been bitterly cold here all week, we had -4°C yesterday (28.4F) and I have not been able to get warm all week! So chilly, despite lighting the fire, having blankets!
And as I was feeling cosy and warm and all homely, I decided to look back over some old projects and came across this one!
I made it in super thick paper before, almost cardstock, and I set it to measurements that would work on a sheet of A4 card, and also 8.5 x 11″ for my overseas friends, so that’s the measurement I’m sharing today with you. The one I filmed just had a tiny extra on the side that put adhesive on!
I do love it in this paper though, it’s rather fabulous isn’t it?
It’s from the new Nature’s Sweetness collection and I think it’s stunning!
have a wonderful day everyone!
S x
- Cardstock/Paper – 8-1/2 x 11″ (21 x 28cm)
- Score on the LONG side at 2, 5-1/2, 9″ (5, 14, 23cm)
- Score on the SHORT side to the FIRST horizontal line at 2, 4, 6″ (5, 10, 15cm)
- Score FULLY on the SHORT side at 8″ (20cm)
- FLIP the paper, not rotate as I showed, and do the same measurements/scores
I hope you enjoyed this project, I absolutely adore what I do and spend many hours working on designs, new projects, new ideas and more.
I love to spoil all the people who shop with me, so every month I post out a handmade card, an exclusive newsletter and a product gift too.
