Stampin’ Up! Incentive Trip Gifts Mexico 2024 – #1 Stampin’ Up! UK Demonstrator Pootles
Happy Friday!
I’m so looking forward to this weekend. I’m just about over my jet-lag now (though I was still a little spacey while filming this video) and I thought I’d share the gifts from the trip, along with some of our photos.
As you may know, I took my oldest son with me to Mexico with me. He turned 21 during the trip, and while that age doesn’t mean anything for us in the UK, it is a nice milestone to celebrate anyway!
We flew in 4 days early and had a lovely sort of mini incentive trip at the hotel next door. There ended up with quite a few of us there at the hotel, and it was lovely to have a nice quiet get together in advance!
And then on to the trip itself. Jack had the best time. I do mention in the video that I’ll chat more about that in my swaps video, but jet lag clearly got to me, and I forgot. But suffice it to say, he had an amazing time. It was the perfect storm of many young adults there on the trip, more than have been before, and they had their own holiday! Instagram groups were created, meetings arranged, and along with a few other parents, we founded the newly formed ‘Abandoned Parents Club’ for the evenings. They’d all meet up and disappear for the evening, often not returning until the early hours!
But that meant that I got to spend more time with demos that I do know, but don’t often get to spend whole evenings and meals with. What a wonderful gift he gave to me by zooming off to do his own thing, and letting us all get to know one another that bit better!
He also had me doing crazy things. Some of you perhaps saw my photos of the giant water-slide at Xel-Ha that he got me on to (I can do the biggest roller coasters ever, but not so much the water slides!). He encouraged me to snorkel – something I’m not a fan of. And we just had a wonderful time.
I’m sharing a few photos from our trip and hotels, and of course, the video shows the gifts I received from Stampin’ Up!

An amazing amount of goodies and lovely pictures. I had seen pics from Rachel Tessman and saw how the younger set had gotten together and your son was in the group. Such fun. Glad it was a great trip and loads of great items. The album is especially sweet!
So many great gifts! Congrats on earning the trip, and other than not being able to enjoy the pyramids again, so happy you had a wonderful time. Have to say, I LOVE the packing cubes!! I’m one who uses them every time I travel, whether across the country or across the pond! Packed 10 days worth of necessities for my trip to Ireland (I’m in Texas) and was able to only take a carry-on suitcase. Looking forward to seeing your swaps from the trip as well.
