#1 Stampin’ Up! UK Demonstrator Pootles – Soft Pastels Assortment – Let’s Get Chalky!
Now this is a fun one! The Soft Pastels Assortment is such a fab way to add a whole new colouring technique to your crafty toolkit.
They’re proper chalky pastels – lovely and soft – and you can use them in loads of different ways. I’ve been playing with them using sponge daubers, blending brushes, and even water painters. Just scribble a bit on some scrap card to make chalk dust, and mix with a little water – instant watercolours!
You can blend them dry for that soft, smudgy look, or go in with a bit of water for brighter, painterly effects. Great fun and something a little different from the usual inks and markers.
Definitely worth a try if you fancy mixing things up a bit!
