Pootlers Design Team – Friendly Wishes

Well I’m delighted to be sharing a brand new weekly feature on my blog! Each Thursday a small group of my team will be sharing projects using the same stamp set. And that same stamp set will be used the whole month by the same team.

So for the month of May, 3 of my team, Heidi Smith, Sandra Ronald and Sarah Lancaster will be sharing a project each Thursday on their blogs using the Friendly Wishes stamp set.

Let me introduce you to them.

Heidi Smith “So, I’m Heidi Smith and live in Studley Warwickshire. I am married with two boys 13 and 19 and as well as working for an exam board, I spend time doing archery with my younger son. I have crafted all my life, but have always loved origami and paper folding especially.”

Sandra Ronald “My name is Sandra Ronald and I have been happily married to my wonderful Husband, Andy for many years.  We have one Son, Christopher.  I live in Luton, Bedfordshire where I have lived for most of my life.  Both myself and my Husband feel as though we are part of the furniture here in Bedfordshire, true Lutonians and there aren’t many of us around!  I have crafted all my life since the age of 7 when an Auntie taught me to knit.  I then wanted a pair of knitting needles but unfortunately my Mum thought I would injure my small sisters with them so wouldn’t let me have any.  So I got two pencils and cast on some stitches and started knitting with those instead.  At that point I think my Mum took pity on me and decided to let me have some knitting needles for my 8th birthday and purchased a pair of plastic ones.  I have adopted so many crafts over the years and can do knitting, crochet, cross-stitch, baking, sugar craft, gardening and flower arranging.  I have only been making card and boxes for the past three years but since Sam introduced me to the Stampin’ Up products just over a year ago I have really started to get into it!  I really hope you like my creation today!”

Sarah Lancaster “Hello my name is Sarah, I’m English but I live in France. I moved here 10 years ago with my family and my two youngest children were born in France. I am a Primary School assistant teacher by day and a crafter in my spare time. I started out with Project Life in 2013 and this led me to card making and to joining Stampin’ Up! in 2015. My style is very simple and clean with a love of watercolour techniques. I indulge in all sorts of crafts; crochet, knitting, quilting and I also collect Vintage dolls houses and furniture.”
