Stampin’ Up! UK Elegant Box Bag & Tag Tutorial
I think that one of the greatest gifts Stampin’ Up! has given me, is a new found love of florals.
I’ve never professed to be a floral kind of girl. I don’t really do small flower prints, and prefer large abstract types. And don’t even get me onto flowers in pots or such like. I can’t see them. It’s as though I’m totally blinded to them. Although interestingly, I can see and register a bunch of flowers on my table (my husband’s email can be provided, incase you’d like to pass this hint on to him…)
But the more I use Stampin’ Up! stamps, the more I’m finding myself drawn to the florals before the others.
And this beauty in particular. I love it! I think it commands an elegance all it’s own somehow.
But although I do love it, the project wasn’t inspired by the stamp, but by an ornament hanging in Oliver’s bedroom. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture, and as I type this, in a quiet evening, he’s fast asleep in his cot, and the likelihood of me waking to go and retrieve it is a little large, so you’ll have to watch the video to see it (what a good plug!)
I hope you like the box bag, and the embossing going on. I really do love it too!
