Pootles Advent Countdown #12 Heat Embossed Pretty Box Tutorial
Oh it’s just a darling size! A 2″ (5cm) cubed box and it’s been heat embossed!
I adore heat embossing, I love how it looks and while these 2 boxes have been stamped identically with the Project Life Seasonal Snapshot stamp set, one has a different appearance over the other.
And no, I don’t mean the overall colour of the boxes, but how the embossing shows up so differently.
I don’t know which one I prefer… I rather love them both!
And of course, if you’re a little like me and love to have that pile of tempting presents as part of your festive decor, then you can go for any colour collection you like!
So please enjoy the video on how to make this sweet little box!

Sweet boxes Sam, I like the embossed lids!
I am one of your US admirers. You consistently design and share stunning projects. Your customers and downline are indeed fortunate; and those of us who live outside the UK are fortunate that you share your creations in cyberspace. Thank you.
I adore the black. So simple yet so elegant. To notch or not to notch? That is my question. Happy Haunting!
I believe you & 100 others could make a box in plain white and you’d win the prize! You have such a talent for paper crafting & I look forward to my daily Pootles motivation.
love, love, love the black!!!
Good morning from Calgary Alberta Canada, I love the boxs that you made! I’m going to be making some for friends and family.

Brilliant idea of the heat embossed lid. thank you.
Absolutely gorgeous boxes and you make it look so easy that even I can make them.
Thank you so much for sharing..
Greetings from South Carolina in the U.S.A. I love your little boxes! I keep a sample of the little ones on hand so I can make a quick box when needed. I make the sample out of a scrap piece of cardstock and write the measurements, score lines, etc. on the inside of the box.
Hi, I really liked the above tutorial but i have a small request, if you could come up with slightly bigger boxes that would be helpful.
Thank you in advance
