How adorable is the Sunshine and Sprinkles DSP from the Spring Summer mini catalogue? Just the sweetest!
Being paper crazy, I bought it, but wasn’t completely sure what I wanted to do with it. I sort of knew, but not really.
And for once, mood boards and old projects failed me.
But then, spying a prototype keyring post it note pouch that I make for my shop, I decided that I wanted to do a different version. One of those little-extra-gift type products.
I have a stash of these mini post it notes, they’re the ones that measure 2 by 1.5 inches, and I kept them at the full 100 sheets, to make a chunkier pad.
So, with a piece of red cardstock measuring 4.5 by 2inches, I had to flip and move into metric and scored at 2.5 CM, 3.5cm, 7.5cm and 8.5cm (sorry, I’m one of those who moves between imperial and metric without due care and attention…)
With a slice of DSP measuring 2.5cm by 4.5cm, I covered the front panel, stuck my post it notes in with some sticky strip and wrapped some co-ordinating ribbon around.
Easy, sweet, inexpensive, yet priceless.
And like all projects, it is restricted only by your own imagination.
