#1 Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator Pootles – 6×6 New In Colour Bag Tutorial
How cute? I love these little bags and make them on a fairly regular basis for my boys. They love getting little treats in them (who wouldn’t!) and as I mention on the video, they could double up as place card holders, or name holders for a table too. Win win!
And what do you think to the 2 variations of closure? Yes, I’m slightly odd and have a phobia of buttons (Koumpounophobia) and while I’m better than I was (thanks to the boys and them wearing shirts with buttons for school), I still struggle to touch them unnecessarily. Please tell me I’m not the only one with odd phobias. And yes, that’s plural, I have a phobia of submarines too…. (Ipobrichiophobia) and no, I can’t pronounce either of those words…
Anyway, let’s get back to the much lovelier subject of this project and how darling it looks. Which is so pun intended with the use of the Darling Label Punch set. I just love it and can’t stop using it! Do you like my little trick with the Wink of Stella pen?
For me, the amount of times I’ve used the punch and stamp set, it’s been worth every penny, and the gorgeous tin is a wonderful bonus extra!
So go ahead and make some, they use the tiniest amount of paper and are just divine!
S x
Paper – 6 x 6″ (15 x 15cm)
Score on the FIRST side at 1.5, 4.5″ (4, 11cm)
Score on the SECOND side at 2.25, 3.75″ (5.5, 9.5cm)

Cute little bags Sam, nice and easy for a quick project – my aunt has the ‘button thing’ so you are not alone! By the way i received the stamp and punch set in that lovely tin at 3:15 and have used it 3 times already – very versatile.
Hi Sam, loving todays project, so cute and useful. I could even see them as little handbags. I also loved your tip for the rhinestones and will definitely be using that myself. I too have a phobia with velvet that also makes my fingers tingle . Thank you for my daily craft fix I do enjoy receiving your emails. Happy crafting.
Hi Sam….the bags are cute and my phobias are fluorescent light tubes and putting air in tires with an air compressor! The struggle is real, but everyone has their thing!
Very cute bags, love them.
So adorable and truly a perfect little thank you for the front desk ladies at the doctor or vet’s office or the cashier that’s always so helpful at the supermarket. I think I prefer the clips as I must confess my bows are truly a visual disaster.
Very sweet little project. I don’t have a thing about buttons or anything like that, but I’m really scared of heights, even watching things on tv or online make my knees wobbly. Thanks for sharing again with us.
